How To Burn 50% More Fat In Every Workout With Secrets For Weight Loss Success
If your health and fitness are important to you, you hate the idea that you're not making the most of each workout. This is especially true if you face long work hours and kids. With all that you've been told, it's hard to imagine you're doing something wrong when you do cardiovascular exercise 3-5 times a week. Let's say you're seeing and feeling good results so far, but you're losing weight less quickly than expected.
Did you know that exercising during the early morning hours really helps increase your fat burning ability? To get the most out of your workouts, make sure you start shortly after you wake up, and before breafast. This way, your muscles don't have any new carbs or fat to burn, so you just burn your current supply.
Morning is the best time to do your cardio exercises like walking and running; but you should also weight-train your muscles using medium weights and many repetitions (15 per set, for example). This causes your muscles to burn away the fat around them more efficiently, rather than just increasing in size.
Early morning exercise before breakfast has been proven to increase your fat burning ability by up to 300% compared to workouts at any other time. There is something you absolutely must do to make this work: Eat a balanced meal right after you work out. This ensures that your metabolism stays up to speed, keeping you burning the maximum number of calories all day long.
Take advantage of this fact and you'll see faster results. That means less fat, less cellulite, and a sexy, toned body.

Pathological Eating Disorders and Poly-Behavioral Addiction
When considering that pathological eating disorders and their related diseases now afflict more people globally than malnutrition, some experts in the medical field are presently purporting that the world's number one health problem is no longer heart disease or cancer, but obesity. According to the World Health Organization (June, 2005), "obesity has reached epidemic proportions globally, with more than 1 billion adults overweight - at least 300 million of them clinically obese - and is a major contributor to the global burden of chronic disease and disability. Often coexisting in developing countries with under-nutrition, obesity is a complex condition, with serious social and psychological dimensions, affecting virtually all ages and socioeconomic groups." The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (June, 2005), reports that "during the past 20 years, obesity among adults has risen significantly in the United States. The latest data from the National Center for Health Statistics show that 30 percent of U.S. adults 20 years of age and older - over 60 million people - are obese. This increase is not limited to adults. The percentage of young people who are overweight has more than tripled since 1980. Among children and teens aged 6-19 years, 16 percent (over 9 million young people) are considered overweight."

Waist To Hip Ratio
Your health is affected not only by how much body fat you have, but also by where most of the fat is located on your body. Waist to hip ratio (WHR) analyzes the relationship between your waist and hip measurements to help you understand your body-type and current health status. Most people store their body fat in two distinct ways, often called "apple" and "pear" shapes.
Weight Loss with Non Fat Foods? More is NOT Better!
Studies show that most Americans are fifteen percent fatter today than they were in the early nineties. Wouldn't you think with all the non-fat foods on the store shelves that maybe we would be losing weight verses gaining it ? There are two reasons for this: one is physiological and the other is psychological.
Hang In There Dieters, Help Is At Hand!!
I was thinking about diets and such and it occurred to me that dieting is kind of like sports, but one way in which dieting differs from sports competition is that in dieting there seems to be a lack of gradualization in the preparation.

Or could it be that it is actually a healthy and effective way of losing and controlling weight?
