What Comes First the Action or the Feeling?
In other words, it is in the "doing" that we appreciate and learn the meaning of an action or activity, not simply in thinking about it.
It's the action that preceeds the "feeling," whether it's the glory of victory or the agony of defeat.
Some people think and think about doing something and even imagine the feeling they will have when they engage in their specific activity.
Sadly, something seems to always hold them back from 'doing' and truly enjoying the feeling.
We all have talents and the capacity to employ those talents. In fact, we are blessed with talents by God who expects us to use them and share them with others. These talents unless used, shrivel away.
When we find ourselves 'in the dumps' one sure-fire way out is to help someone else. In "doing" so, you'll learn the importance of what you did, you'll see the effects of what you did and you'll never forget what you did, likely encouraging and empowering you to continue "doing," and defining your purpose in life. Tomorrow morning when you are in the shower, start to sing and enjoy your first of many good feeling of the day.

Get Up and Do!
The motivation to change my oil came the other day when I turned the key in my car's ignition. It coughed wearily, and there was an ominous clicking sound where the engine should have chimed in. Then there was a brief flashing of several lights on the dash. One of them was the oil light, and I sat behind the wheel for a minute, realizing that even if I had extra motor oil on hand, I've no idea where it goes.

If The Fear Fits...Dont Wear It!
Undoubtedly one of the most challenging tasks we can face everyday is fighting the fear of failure. At one time or another every single person has had to face the fear of stepping out into an unfamiliar area and leaving his comfort zone and entering the twilight zone.
Moving Past Your Comfort Zone
We all gravitate toward what we feel most comfortable doing. We avoid going to certain places or doing certain things, because we're afraid of failing or of looking foolish or any number of other (often unfounded) fears. So instead of taking on a new challenge, we stick with the tried and true. It's called staying in your comfort zone and it is one of the biggest roadblocks to leading a truly fulfilling life.

What Motivates You?
As a life-long student of personal development, I've attended dozens of motivational seminars, listened to hundreds of tapes, and read untold books on the subject of motivation . I've presented motivational seminars. And yet there is one elemental truth that seems often overlooked. That is: no one can motivate you, because you have to do it to yourself. It's an inside job. And frankly it's less a function of "doing" than it is of discovering what your natural motivators are. So the key to getting and staying motivated is finding out what excites you. What makes you want to jump out of bed in the morning? What speaks to your heart as well as your head?

Becoming Rich in Your Own Way
If you really want to become rich, then begin by evaluating your work habits and work environment. That's how most millionaires made their first million. According to Dr. Srully Blotnick, a psychologist and consultant who spent 20 years studying how people became rich, most millionaires didn't make their money in real estate, the stock market, or waiting for their ship to come in.
Fear of Failure
The fear of failure is more deadly than failure itself. The fear of failure paints so many imaginary scenarios which petrifies you and renders you immobile. Most folks have buried their dreams because of the fear of failure, which graduates into the fear of stepping out.
