Procrastinator No More!
Procrastination is when ever we postpone a task or duty intentionally without a valuable explanation. It is a natural tendency in people. Let's face it, sometimes we are tired or a specific task is unpleasant to perform and we respond by putting it off until later. If it happens only once or on something of not much importance it is okay. But, what happens when a student keeps putting off the school work. At the last minute he may want to make up for the lost time but fails the class. So, can you see how procrastination can get in the way of your success and objectives? Therefore, it is crucial for people to learn how to avoid this negative tendency and manage it effectively. Below I have added some tips that can convert anyone in to a procrastinator no more!
? On a daily basis make a "to do list". Check each completed item as you go.
? Prioritize, do first what is most important. This way if you do not have a chance to do the other ones (for any reason) at least, you have completed the most important duties.
? When there are tasks that you rather avoid classify them between the most tedious and the lighter ones. Do the ones that you find less amusing first. Once you are done with the ones you dislike your day will flow extra smoothly.
? Motivate yourself by keeping in mind why you need to complete this task, of what problem you would get rid off? Or what will be accomplished?
? Find out what will motivate you to complete a certain task. For example some people rather complete a project with a group.
? Manage your time effectively, like that you can schedule relax or fun time also. Extracurricular activities will not get on the way of your duties.
? Set effective goals, do not only define your goal but, also add a time frame in which you would like to accomplish it.
? Take one step at a time. For example: I do not have enough time to clean the entire house but, I will fix a room or two today and continue tomorrow.
? Always keep in mind a special procrastination quote. Here is one I particularly like:
"Don't wait. The time will never be just right." By Napoleon Hill

Struggling With Juggling
'The trick to juggling is determining which balls are made of rubber and which ones are made of glass.' --Anon
Life Rewards Action
Thinking is good, yes it is. I strongly encourage thinking. In fact, thinking plays a terrific role in success. It helps you strategize. It helps you get motivated. It tunes you into success. I am all for thinking and I do it regularly!
The Default Setting
In the coaching relationships I have with our clients, the major problem I see is that individuals end up in the same place - over and over and over again. They mean to save money and build wealth, only to end up (again) with "too much month at the end of the money." They've lost the same 15 pounds 8 times in the last decade. They quit one job only to end up doing the exact same job with the exact same pay for a different company. They end a relationship and then start dating the same person with a different name. Sound familiar? Everyone has patterns and they are determined by what we refer to as the "default setting".
The Top Six Ways to Stay Motivated
I receive many emails from people that basically ask the same question: How can I keep myself motivated long term? This seems to be quite a common dilemma for many people so I want to address it because it can be done! Here are my tips for staying motivated:
Make It Happen Now!
Most people think that when they have chosen a path that's it - that's the path to follow. This is far from the truth according to leading Business Coach? Brad Tonini who has just released his latest book "Make It Happen Now!"

Motivation: The Cure for Complacency
Q. I've always tried to work hard enough to provide for my family and be content. The problem is, when I'm content, I get complacent, and everything starts to fall apart. How do I keep going and avoid getting complacent?
Succeed Like the Super-Successful
Two undeniable traits of the super-successful are: their belief in self, and an uncompromising expectation that they will succeed ... no matter what. Their dreams and goals are real. So real, these individuals stay inspired despite any and all obstacles before them. The super-successful distinguish themselves by believing and doing differently from everyone else. They sustain an attitude of fervent expectancy and have a relentless passion for success. These two components fuel their entire belief system. So, just what is the belief system of the super-successful? It's as simple premise: "My goals are well on their way to being achieved. It's a "done-deal!"
Its My Blankey and Im Keeping It!
"Blankey" ? as in Security Blankey. OK? All parents know what this is. Sometimes it's an actual "blankey", or it may be a pillow, a doll or some other favorite toy or scrap of material. It's the "thing" that provides a measure of security to developing young minds in a sometimes scary new world. It's the "thing" the little ones sleep with, eat with, and lug around until it becomes almost unrecognizable. God forbid that we should ever misplace our blankey. It would be absolutely impossible to live without it!
Playing With Mindfulness: Sneaking In The Back Door
I often meet people who say things like, "I've been working on mindfulness for over twenty years."
Live Life with Gusto
Life is a gift; live it with gusto everyday. Don't worry about the future because most of what you worry about never happens. So be happy like the song says.
I worked hard for the past 17 years. I felt I had to. I only finished high school. Without a certificate to flaunt and yet wanting to climb the corporate ladder, I dedicated my effort and time to my work. I was proud of myself. At 40 years old I had reached a manager's position.

Keep On Keepin On
In those times when everything seems to be going just perfectly, it is easy to keep moving toward the fulfillment of your dreams and ambitions. You are in the flow. The whole world seems to be conspiring to create your success.
Planting Seeds of Action
Recently, I was driving past a local nursery and saw a sign that said, "Fall Is For Planting." As I drove, the idea on the sign was gnawing away at me. I asked myself, "what am I planting for fall?" What actions will I take now that will, with some love and nurturing, bring me a splendid and bountiful winter harvest?
My Grandmother Never Had a Degree
There were four generations sitting at the kitchen table, smacking on Mommy's delicious meal-somehow we never made it to the dining room. I smiled to myself when I thought of how fabulous this truly was--sitting here, next to my grandmother, my mother, my father, my sister, my children and my niece-celebrating Mother's Day.
The Greatest Secret To Producing Real SOLID Excellence!
One fact stubbornly stays true: while everyone desires to succeed, only those who truly COMMIT to their dreams would be able to attain success. For most people, having MORE money, MORE freedom and MORE success is nothing but a feeble desire. The reality is that they can live without it even though it is great to have it. As a result, they never (and never need to) take enough massive action to achieve their dreams when something else more 'important', 'urgent', 'realistic' or 'down-to-earth' comes to fill up their time.
