Mortgage Marketing - How to Maximize Your Motivation
Do you have the motivation to succeed in the mortgage industry? Without the drive to succeed you will surely fail.
Did you know you can create the motivation you need?
I know that sounds odd, but it's true. You can consciously define, direct and intensify your motivation to achieve any goal.
Motivation is key to success. After all, motivation drives action. And action is the only thing that will move your business forward. All your plans, hopes, dreams and intentions are useless without action.
The process of creating motivation is actually very simple. There are two parts. First you must write out your goal as clearly and simply as you can. Specify when you'll have it and what you're going to do for it.
Then read it out loud every day. Memorize it and say it to yourself often. Make yourself believe it.
Belief is important. Belief creates the conditions necessary for you to achieve what you desire.
Hard to believe? That's why you have to work every day to convince yourself to believe in your success. You're brainwashing yourself into this belief through self-directed, daily indoctrination.
The result will be a burning, driving and consuming motivation to make the object of your desire a reality.

Ideas Abound - But Youve Got to Take Action
Whether you are aware of it or not, we are all blessed with any number of wonderful ideas at virtually any given moment. What happens far too often however is that we ponder for a bit about the idea. What If I Fall Flat On My Face?
I hope you do. Sounds awful, I know. But I really think the best thing that can happen to you is for you to take a timid little leap and fall flat on your face. Then, I want to see you get back up, evaluate what you did wrong, and jump again. Keep on taking that leap of faith and learning from each and every mistake until you become used to jumping and used to falling. Half Dome, A Story About Your Future Success
The physical journey mirrors very accurately the spiritual journey of your own life. It was one of the toughest things you've ever done. Hike two miles to the bottom of the first waterfall, climb to the top of that one, only to find yourself at the bottom of another waterfall, only higher. After reaching the top of the second waterfall you begin to understand why people actually train for the hike. You then push yourself for three miles straight uphill through the switchbacks of the Yosemite forests. You finally reach the base of the domes. Here, you have a picture taken to document the point at which you "hit-the-wall"...the wall of exhaustion. The guy taking the picture says, "You've done a great job getting this far, no one would blame you if you turned around." You consider it, but just then, the reddest hummingbird you've ever seen flies near and seems to whisper in your ear, "You can do it. I'm telling you, you can do it!"
